RCR Wireless Interviews WNCG Faculty about TWS 2016

RCR Wireless spoke with WNCG Profs. Todd Humphreys and Constantine Caramanis, co-organizers of the Texas Wireless Summit (TWS) 2016. TWS will take place on October 18th at the Blanton Museum of Art Edgar Smith Building on UT Austin's campus. It will focus on the connectivity, sensing and data analytics of automated vehicles. Keynotes, panels and discussions will take place throughout the day. 

This year's event will feature a special startup showcase. The competition will put startups against each other for the chance of winning $5,000. 

Other major highlights include the world debut of the AT&T vision of 5G. AT&T will give a talk and demonstration during the event's morning session. Additionally, SAVES, a WNCG subgroup focused on automated vehicles, will be inaugurated at the event.
